Agile Scrum Overview
This 1 day course will provide participants with the knowledge of the key concepts of agile and scrum, the benefits of the methodology, key activities and preparing for an upcoming project.
The course includes a large hands-on component. The attendees participate in a number of activities that reinforce and demonstrate the effectiveness of Agile Scrum concepts and practices.
Scrum is one of several agile / iterative approaches available today. Scrum’s agile project management approach gives you the ability to quickly develop working software that meets business needs.
This course is for those who are interested in gaining a better understanding of agile / iterative software development and the scrum approach. Since scrum focuses on the project team, this course is beneficial to all software project roles, including business partners and leadership who define goals business needs.
